I am a therapist, wife and mother with personal and professional experience in the areas of fertility treatment, adoption, miscarriage and early loss, surrogacy and challenging pregnancy.
My own journey has helped to shape a practice that focuses on growing and nurturing families. During the last 21 years, it has been my privilege to work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families, in both school and private practice settings. This includes working with individuals to create a healthier life, with couples to develop more fulfilling relationships, and people working toward growing their family through adoption, fertility treatment or surrogacy. Trying to have a family while also functioning in your day-to-day life can be tremendously stressful.

This story follows a brother and sister as they watch their mother become a surrogate. The siblings invite the reader to explore their own personal experiences as well.
